Be warned you need to keep receipt for returns and you guess what? You don't get your money back but a voucher instead. Worst than airlines. All other trade shops provide a cash refund but not Chris Stevens. manager Sonia of painting is plain rude handling customer complaints. In her words: "I do what I want here" completely inconsiderate!

If you have the misfortune to need to go to this shop,pls double and triple check anything they say to you.I went in to buy a shade of paint but this was not in stock. The lovely man who helped me originally suggested I buy the white and have it mixed. The guy mixing the paint told me and his colleague clearly that the colour mixing would be £5. Having paid I checked the receipt I noticed I’d be charged more than quoted.The guy mixing the paint, who had been talking non stop to someone whilst serving claimed he’d told me a higher cost. Out of nowhere another man appeared, whom I can only assume was a ‘manager’ as he was so full of himself. He came over,snatched the receipt and said “lets go and talk to him then!” In a rude and aggressive tone.He then accused me of lying and when I walked away in disgust he continued to abuse me! The customer service here is disgraceful, esp. if you are female! they are not accountable at all for their mistakes & instead blame and abuse the customer!
