Never had customer service so awful from a corner shop. Waited ages to be served to send off a few packages, then he argued with me how they should be sent because I wanted to know the individual shipping rates. To add insult to injury he then overcharged on one of the packages. As I was leaving he said to a customer can I serve the person behind you because it’ll be quicker. There’s a friendlier shop across the road, go there instead.
