Excellent communication, pricing was where I thought it should be and craftsmanship was great . Brilliant, couldn't reccomend him enough. We had LVT fitted in our hall, lounge and office as we have cats and carpet isn't suitable anymore. Chris took the time to answer any questions, he was patient with us finding the right colour, he even came back the next day with more samples as he said he would and his quote was spot on. His workmanship was superb, product good quality, very tidy workmanship and he's very personable. Its important to us to feel comfortable having people in our home to work and Chris is one of those people who did that so will have him back to do more next year and we have already reccomeded to friends and family.
