I have not been training with Chris for very long at all, but when I finally decided to start he was the first one I went too! He has helped me so much in such a short space of time with my training plans and food plans, I would not be where I am today without him and look forward to getting to my goal weight very soon! He has given me the confidence to do things what I wouldn't normally do and helped me understand how food works and how exciting training can actually be! If I was at it alone I would have given up by day 2! He has great knowledge on everything and I have learnt many new things whilst training with him. Cannot recommend him enough, top notch communication throughout!

More than happy with results and very understanding when other obstacles get in the way, but constantly motivates and adjusts programs to accommodate my needs and goals. Even when I think I know what’s best the guy blows me out the water with improvements I didn’t know I could achieve! Top bloke and fun to train with. Can’t wait to get back to training after covid p*sses off!!
