I sent them an e-mail several days ago and so far have had no reply. Another company I contacted at the same time got back to me the next day and were extremely helpful even though they didn't themselves provide the service I was looking for. It's possible that Chris Chipps was also in a similar position but it's very disappointing to have had nothing back from them. I've given one star as it's the lowest this site allows.

Chris and his team are beyond amazing....great communication....very respectful working practice......and beautiful windows....Ive had a casement bay and sash windows so far.....it will be doors next !!! I would highly reccomend him to everyone ... Again........beautiful windows...........⚡⚡⚡

Chris and Danny did an amazing job on our windows. Their work is incredible and their attention to detail is brilliant. They were happy and able to answer all of our questions and they were really knowledgeable and helpful even when we were asking questions that had nothing to do with the windows! Really tidy, punctual and friendly guys. Would highly recommend them for beautiful bespoke timber windows.
