    Before Covid and all that entailed, I had been attending Chris’ local Yoga class and enjoying his no-nonsense, thorough approach. He teaches a fitness style that is effective and clearly beneficial, while also being challenging and achievable at the same time. He manages to be aware of abilities of his class and give options that enable you to take part whatever your flexibility on that day. Being at a desk all day doesn't help my posture and grazing on rubbish doesn't help my fitness. Chris, both through his classes and 1:1s has helped me develop an approach to fitness that helped me avoid stiffness, neck aches and overcome many of the downfalls of a desk job from home. Once the lockdown happened, Chris took his classes online and that’s when his approach really came into its own. Over a few weeks, he moves the focus of the class, upper back, lower back, shoulders, hips etc, both strength and agility (flow) with well thought out inspiring routines that have personally hugely improved my flexibility, (good bye back pain) and well being. The class timetable works well and the variation ensures that it doesn’t become boring. His personal style is about as far from Sgt Major Boot camp as you can get but still manages to get the best out of you to achieve the results you want. If you’re looking for that approach to fitness that you won’t have given up by February, I’d highly recommend him.
