They advertise Shared Ownership properties by the building site but getting hold of someone to find out when you can register, is beyond a joke. I’ve never come across anything like it. No one seems to know anything about anything. I’ve spoken to numerous people who have each said something different. I’ve been promised call backs from different people, which never happen and I’ve sent numerous emails to different people, which are never responded to. I can only imagine the nightmare of actually buying/renting through these people and not getting anywhere with any issues. What an utter joke.

Waited now just over 3 weeks for repair on boiler. Arrived today and the wrong part has been ordered. 3 kids in the house. No hot water and no heating. Rent is expensive for terrible service. Aaron service are also to blame.

Still waiting for my boiler to be fixed after 5 months with an error code L2 no hot water & NO heating. Speaking to multiple people seems like noone understands nor are listening. Once items have been fixed I'll change review however I have no high hope keep saying 'we will compensate.' I have 3 children under the age of 10 absolutely disappointed UPDATE FINALLY SORTED
