    Very disappointing. I ordered beef in black bean sauce with special fried rice. It was lukewarm and tasteless. The so called black bean sauce was flavourless and watery with one or two black beans in it. My partner had chicken curry, and said he’d never had such a tasteless curry in his life. We threw it in the food waste bin and will never waste our hard earned money in Chows again.

    Ordered delivery, i could not eat more than 1/3 of it. Smell was bad and tasted off. Afte 2 hours, i was violently sick and diorea, Phoned chows this morning, and got told to phone just eat. Very unhelpfull and took no resposibility whatsover. Just eat is now getting the fsa involved.please stay clear of this business as they do not deserve good custom, when food like that is sent out and attitude ia all wrong

    Over an hour late and just hang up when I ring for a delivery update. Prices are incorrect on their website and it was more expensive when I placed my order by phone. Terrible service do not use this takeaway.
