Held a wake here. Function room not ready on arrival. One member of staff serving 50 people for 40 mins. Tea + Coffee cold. We had to set up there laptop for 45 mins to get our music and slide show working. £20 for a bottle of white wine! No table cloths and room cold and uninviting. Then charged £100 for the room when most places do wakes for free! No refund offered. Disgraceful.
