Could be a nice Little fishery, unfortunately it attracts a great packs of noisy youths coming and going all day in there suped up Citroen saxos and Astra's, smoking weed fishing loafs and loafs of bread and generally being a pain in the backside. If the owners cared to sort this out it'd be ok as the location is nice

First visit today, very well kept tidy rubbish free fisherie. Several pools to choose from very quiet location. Fished the top pool had a great catch of carp bream roach and one gorgeous Rudd. Fish in great condition too. Coming back the next day to try another pool. Met the owner very friendly and helpful, not many spots like this excellent.

First visit over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend with the sun shining I arrived at a lovely looking pool. The payment process was uncomplicated via the shack in the car park and I settled into peg 3 on Top pool fishing a small method to the island. I didnt have long to wait for my feeder to bend round and I was into a nice carp of 3lb. Constant light feeding of dead maggots and small pellets on the feeder with a scopex 6mm banded pellet saw me catch constantly throughout the day until closing. 2 carp over 8lb and plenty between 3lb-6lb plus a nice tench, a few crucians, bream & roach for a total of 71lb....... will certainly be going back to try the other pools on offer.

A beautiful well maintained venue. Had a great time. Stayed for 4 days didn't want to go home. Caught some nice carp. Most of all a big thank you too Howard the Baliff. What a great guy. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you Howard.

These lakes and the complex is amazing the owner has done very well and been going there for years now it is local to me aswell as having a peaceful day there and watching the wildlife and the fish are on immaculate condition and put up a great fight and has the beautiful mirror carp form lake 1 on peg3 against the island and you can never blank from this place as it has loads of different fish species

By far my favourite place to fish, been fishing it for a few months now and it’s outstanding. The pools are very very well kept, well stocked with a large variety of fish. Both the owner and bailiff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t recommended this place enough, also a brilliant place for families, as they have an ideal pool for children.
