This rating purely personal toward an individual that works at this hospital. To say I'm gobsmacked by your lack of compassion is an understatement. You are by far the rudest doctor I have come across, terrible attitude with terrible communication. You are too proud to take responsibility and you do what you can to dodge any questions asked to you, you"d make a great politician. I hope to never have to deal with Dr Heaf from paediatrics in the future.

Had a emergency out off hrs appointment via 111 and after 5 nearly 6hrs still waiting while my app was just after 21:00pm while 111 told me to get to be seen asap sorry bad services they letting people go that arrived 15 min and let them go again I’m still sitting here while I had a appointment with the doctor
