Products are tremendous but let down by customer service and poor communication which are at the polar opposite scale. Chord might think that it’s ok to treat people who spend thousands this way, who have issues with their products, but what they obviously don’t recognise is how damaging it is and from PR perspective, is a nightmare. Also worrying that some hifi reviewers who review their products for mags, also work for them.
