Went to get something for my long night shift at the hospital while car was charging. What a mistake, two ladies behind counter both looked at me and ignored me thought ok maybe there busy. Another customer comes and one of them comes blanks me and starts talking to the other customer then started to walk back behind. I asked her sorry but you not serving and got an abrupt reply that did you not hear me say noodles will be another 7 mins. She didn’t even ask me / let me say what I wanted to order. I’m sorry but the only difference between me and the other customer was the colour of our skin so I can only assume she was being racist and I won’t be going there again. Sad as been before and served by a guy who was really friendly and good customer service but can’t go again even though my regular service station to charge my car.

Absolutely terrible- egg fried rice rock hard, only a choice of 4 main course all of which were dried up, spring rolls anemic and returned as inedible. Staff not interested and reluctantly refunded the main course.

My Wife made the big mistake of eating from Chopstix at the Northbound Services at lunchtime today and has been aggressively sicks this evening throwing up the disgusting food (the only thing the has eaten all day!! Environmental Health report in. I would imagine poor or non existent temperature control having run a catering business for many years ourselves... Choose wisely people!!
