I've been so many chopsticks branches across UK, this branch is something special! The owner knows how to cook authentic Cantonese style street food only to be found in Hong-Kong. You cannot get these flavours elsewhere! Steamed Chicken Dumplings are the best I've tried in the UK. Those from Hong-Kong will understand what I mean. Ignore the hate reviews as I can guarantee, this branch is definitely the best so far, been coming here since 2014!

Don’t get the beef. It’s really bad quality and does not taste like beef at all. It’s really soft and mushy like flour and has no texture and you can see veins and arteries on the beef. It was really gross. Tasted more like fake vegan meat.

No good at all!! Very sneaky!! I asked for fresh noodles to be made and instead they gave me cold noodles from the front and passed it off as freshly cooked. The noodles were soggy and cold. They didn’t give me napkins or chilli sauce. And they do not accept the chopstix app. Very bad customer service and food.
