    The gym feels pretty run down compared to other gyms I’ve been to if I’m honest. The staff are lovely but the upstairs section of the gym has equipment that is a bit worse for wear and it is quite stuffy in the summer and feels a bit damp.

    I am a new member and started going to gym after 5 years break. I turned up without any prior appointment to visit gym. I found Darryl really professional and helpful. I was really impressed with the experience I had and decided to join choices. On my second visit I met Lottie who was equally helpful, I signed up for 1 year gym membership. Free parking is always bonus. Looking forward to get in shape.
