AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. The way my father-in-law has been treated by this so called "care" company is beyond disgraceful. We have made multiple complaints to try and resolve the issues. Nothing has changed. A safeguarding has been put in against this company also because of the persistent lack of care. Nothing has changed. I could go into detail but there's just too much. It's utterly shameful how they have treated him. I would strongly recommend to everyone to AVOID this care company.

Choices care provided an exceptional service to my father for 4 months and I can honestly say these ladies deserve so much gratitude and praise for going over and beyond to ensure that the service user is happy content and comfortable! the texts you receive from this company are horrible. u get charged for being late, taking extra gloves (as if some citizens won’t need extra gloves), not being able to log in and out, doing EXTRA calls. u always get messages about deductions on your salary. their basically robbing you. they don’t even give travel time between each citizen. dont recommend working in this company at all. Its always “ you have to do. this” And treat you like You’re a child.
