Sorry to say awful service. Kept my bat for months and ignored all contact. Blamed staff shortage or something. then lost my bat and didn't offer a refund or replacement. Shocking and blamed me for not having proof of delivery. Using someone else now

I have tried calling and emailed (so has my mates) . The automated response on the 26th June was that I would be contacted shortly. Still no answer. My mates and I are looking for some nets and possibly a store to support. Really disappointed with the lack of service.
