The doctor that spoke to me over the phone Catherine Lewis was extremely rude and demeaning because I was unclear in explaining my illness to her. She was impatient and could not wait to end the call. She said I was wasting her time and that to me was the last straw of the conversation. Just a nasty lady overall

They have lost a bunch of GP's so the service there is suffering. The receptionists are just terrible. They are giving this GP a very bad reputation. If you manage to see a GP it's Great, but you still have to go through those God awful reseptionist. Also getting through to them on the phone is a hit and miss (these days more emphasis on the miss). When you finally get through, it's just nonstop rudeness.

I have been registered at this Practice for a little under a year. So far, genuinely had positive experiences (apart from the long time to get an appointment, a general NHS problem), especially with Dr. Speck. Reception/Administration were quick in responding to email and sending necessary documents. One recent incident, however, was particularly upsetting and highlighted issues in the admin system: I received a msg cancelling my appointment with Dr Speck, and received another message, the following day, setting a new appointment. Upon showing up at the new time, told that was a system mistake - a msg automatically sent with no actual appointment. One cannot always help when things happen automatically with the system, but someone surely must take accountability to fix the system and avoid such issues in the future. Our time matters, those of us having to leave work to attend the appointment. The receptionist wasn't helpful either, brushing it off by quickly apologising and saying there's nothing she can do. Instead of offering something tangible (like raising the issue or setting up a new expedited appointment upon the dr's return). Her approach to handling the situation seriously made things worse. Reception/Front Desk at a medical center are meant to be especially mindful and reassuring!

I waited for today's appointment for a long time, unfortunately the doctor got sick and my appointment was cancelled. I called to reschedule the appointment but they sent me messages that confuse me, one appointment on November 5 and another appointment on November 16. I tried to call back to inform them about this mistake, but again, unfortunately, no one answers. No more words…

Dr. Specht is the best Doctor I ever had, he is always empathetic and make patients feel cared for, he is always there for us, he never rushes, we are very lucky that he looks after us.

Absolute shambles of a service at this Health Practice, where the rude & incompetent Reception Staff believe they are the closest thing to God that ever existed. Doctors are ok, service is shocking. Would give zero stars if I could.
