Both me and my wife thought it was necessary to post this review after having our fireplace fitted by Chiswell stove centre(Amersham). We are extremely pleased with the end result of our new Element 4 fire and false chimney breast. It looks absolutely stunning in our living room!! The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Jim has gone out of his way to make sure our project has been designed,supplied and installed to a very high standard. The Installers/fitters were clean and efficient- we couldn’t ask for more!! Guy in the showroom cancelled one visit at the last minute and didn't get back to me to arrange another. I called myself and he came over, promised to send me a quote quickly and I'm still waiting. Obviously Chiswell is overladen with work and simply doesn't need my business. I have gone elsewhere.
