I bought a tool from these people and within 24 hours it broke so returned the tool back to them only to be told that they don’t see a problem with it and if I wanted another one I would have to pay for it customer service was very very poor so I spoke to the tool supplier and they would not have a problem with giving a replacement but CHISLETT HIRE would do nothing about it even after speaking to the manager still no joy. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone else or any trade stay well away. I have spoken to tool pack and they have said that it would not be a problem for them to replace the item and this should have been done at your end. But your customer service at the counter staff was very very despicable.
