I was recommended Chiropractic 1st by my sister - & I’m so pleased I followed her recommendation. I was quite apprehensive at going, thinking my aching back was just a sign of ‘getting old’ but both Claire and Arlene are so friendly and put me at ease from my first visit. Arlene explained clearly how chiropractic treatment works and my aches and pains reduced almost immediately after my first adjustment. Would definitely recommend to anyone to help reduce aches and pains and also to improve general well being.
