Have visited twice in the last month. Both times booked expecting to see Liz Tandy. First visit lady came out to say sorry running 15 minutes late as just had a phone call off Liz Tandy to say she was in Spain and could she run the clinic. Returned to see Liz Tandy again this week. Door of treatment opened and another lady again running the clinic to say she was running late. 15 minutes later finally treatment started. Didn't soak my feet so hence still have lots of hard skin and the small corn on my toe still there. . Half way through my treatment said she had to go and get another parking ticket as her time had expired. Never visit again
