Not a bad word to say following my experience here at ChipsAway and specifically having been looked after by Nick. I received my quote estimate within a few hours of request and from that I was booked in promptly and without any bother. The work I needed doing was minor however my vehicle colour presented a challenge that Nick was able to sort out without any issue at all. Further to the work I needed doing Nick provided an option to have some additional bumps knocked out by All-Out Dents for an extremely competitive price margin which I was happy to accept. And to top it off Nick went the extra mile and completed a small amount of stone chip work without asking any extra. Nick was extremely helpful, friendly and we had a long chat about future protection and some pros and cons of available options. The completed work is finished to an exemplary standard. I made a query about getting some scratches fixed on my car from the Leeds branch, I initially had received a quote from a branch elsewhere but enquired about using the Leeds branch as it is more local. The price quoted from this branch had been upped by £300 from the original quote! When I queried the price difference I was met with an extremely sarcastic response stating the price I would have been quoted by this branch "Wouldn't have been met in the last decade". Quite frankly an appalling example of customer service.
