Awesome app, I use the instant access savings account no fees or anything. Put your money in when you want, take it out when you want. You can see the interest building up daily. They pay you the interest monthly 4th working day of the month. Best instant access account in the UK atm at 3.71. enjoy 😊

Just extremely bad. I was entered into their weird lottery scheme against my will, transactions failed for no reason, and now my app is stuck in an endless loop and I can't access my money. Very worrying financial firm, as others have said, getting money in can be quick or problematic, getting it out is extremely difficult. Thier AI choose a bank account in my name rather than the one I gave them, the only way to get money out (4 days after I needed) was to agree to give them access to the right account. Why do CHIP need to see my balances and transactions in a main stream bank. Customer service is appalling and if you dare complain they delay and say they need 35 days to respond. I don't think a barge pole is anything like a long enough distance from these jokers! I would rather have put no star, but Google don't do no or negative stars!

That’s one lemony boy
Very intrusive and impossible to delete the account. Mediocre interest but high fees. Impossible to speak to anyone and even worse trying to withdraw your money. Ask for refund and close the account then find out they still withdraw money for fees and investment even though you’ve ask them to stop. Avoid unless you want the hassle that surmount to nothing.

Truly transformative to the way I have learnt to save. They are supportive in all areas and educate their customers on the value of money. I have never been able to save in my 32 years but since having chip I have saved a considerable amount of money. They keep you connected and inspired with their daily updates which is similar to the way instagram have stories. There are incentives with their prize draw which encourage you to get involved! I think this is truly innovative way to bank and its truly helped me look after my money better. HIGHLY recommend ! Customer service is amazing.

Takes days for money to arrive in your account when you transfer, interface feels like it is tricking you. From my experience of using it for a few days, i wouldnt recommend.
