Nice, modern practice facility with helpful staff. Customers/golfers seem quite friendly and it caters for golfers of all abilities from beginners to the more accomplished golfers. Another bonus is you don't have to book or become a member to use it.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and normally have a good experience. Today was pretty rotten. It was busy when I arrived so had to go upstairs, no problem. Most of the bays up there were full too and so I went into the farthest left of what was available. Being a lefty, this is standard. People started to leave and after a while I was alone. The guy working at the counter comes up, walks into my bay without so much as a word and starts tossing my balls back into the basket. He says I have to be in the left handed bay. I am, in fact, directly next to it and there is no one around. I mention that the mat is worse and the bay is narrower. I am promptly told there are other ranges if I don’t like it. Horrible customer service. The tricolour mat is in awful condition, falling apart even, and so the lefties have to play with worse equipment. He went on to brag that it was the oldest mat in the place and the rest had been replaced. OK… why? It’s a form of discrimination and the guy needs to have a firm talking to. It was very rude and inappropriate to treat a customer in this way.
