Went to Chinese Physio & Massage today. Been having pain on the neck and base of my head that resulted in over a hear of headache and nausia from mild to severe. The NHS was unable to find the source of the issue. But, one session Deep Tissue Massage + Cupping with Nancy and Amanda have really helped! Finally a day without any headache and nausia. They've been really helpful and professional in finding the cause of the issue and fixing them. We stayed for a cup of tea after and Nancy went through possible causes ans excersie that I can do at home to help prevent the issue from coming back. Highly recommend for anyone! Even if you don't have anything severe, I'm sure the relaxing massage will be amazing! I know I'll be going there for one next time!
