Extremely disappointed! I had an appointment yesterday and waited 35 minutes, and knew I didn’t have enough time to stay. Dr Han apologised and said she’ll book me in for the next day, today at 10.15 . Got there on time, paid for an hour parking, and despite the opening time being 10am, it was closed. So with my extremely painful back I stood outside and waited 20 minutes. 10.35 and she still hadn’t shown, I left in pain! Never again.

Dr. Han has been amazing. I have had constant upper back pain for about two years now. I have seen a physio, a chiropractor, an osteopath and had regular massages. None of these made a significant difference to my back. I had weekly acupuncture and cupping sessions with Dr Han and whilst it took quite a few sessions (5+) to start getting better (and felt even worse at first), the pain has reduced heavily; the mobility in my upper back, neck and shoulders has improved significantly; and my posture has improved. I have had about 12 sessions now and will continue with it whilst reducing how regularly I go.
