Took my mum to see John after her spinal consultant recommended it. Mum has a complex spine condition. She was due to have surgery on 2 bulging disc's, unfortunately it was cancelled after an MRI showed fluid down the spine. John is an absolutely amazing man and put my mum at ease. Whilst Mum isn't running a marathon, I can see a great improvement in her movement, and it's all thanks to John. 😁 five stars are not enough!!

I am a construction worker and have been struggling with back pain for years. Recently the pain was unbearable and after visiting multiple different physios I decided to visit John and after 1 treatment the pain was reduced from a 10 - 2. After my second treatment the paint is completely gone! Highly recommend.

I visited John following a traumatic assault which left me with several facial fractures and a chronic neuralgia in my face. As a former trauma nurse I didn’t particularly want to take the usual analgesics recommended on a long term basis because of the side effects and decided to try acupuncture on the recommendation of a friend. I have had 6 weekly treatments and now feel this is a good time to give feedback. John treats people in the most sensitive and holistic way. He treats the whole person and not just the symptoms of the ailment. His life has given him invaluable insight into the human condition and although not a professional counsellor I can tell you his listening skills are better than many health care professionals I’ve worked with over the years. Because he actively listens he then tailors the treatment specifically each time. I am not totally pain free as my injuries were significant however I am a different person to the one who walked into Johns treatment room 6 weeks ago! I have good energy, am sleeping well and I have a positive outlook for the future. I rarely need analgesia now. I am so grateful to John and his passion for his ‘art’ because that’s what it is. He has studied hard and is not too arrogant as to think he knows it all and will go off and research more if he thinks it will help his client. Thank you John. What can I say? I highly recommend this lovely man. If you’re hesitating about acupuncture… don’t… book with John and you won’t be disappointed. BTW it doesn’t hurt at all! 😊

John has a wealth of knowledge and experience, is a kind and caring professional who is genuinely motivated to make you feel better. He is generous with his time and attention - which means you're given a personalised service. After just a few treatments my symptoms greatly improved and my energy levels improved.
