I've had eye-strain since receiving my new glasses - not sure if the prescription is incorrect or the vari-focal lens that I was persuaded into buying doesn't suit a small frame. £450 and I still use my £20 cheapies from Sainsbury's! Friendly staff (on a positive note), however didn't keep me up to date with my order despite promising to, said it would be a week and I had to call them after 10 days, and then when I finally received the glasses they had to send them back because the anti-glare coating was missing ... a coating that I didn't actually need since they're only reading glasses. The sales person didn't inform me of the cost until asking me for the money at the end of the process - didn't inform me of the cost of every feature I was persuaded to add, or the frame cost (no price tags on anything). I'm lucky and don't need to worry about a budget, but what about others? Sorry I can't be more positive; I hope others have a better experience, but I won't be using this opticians again.

I have never had to pay deposit for my sons glasses before, not been to the opticians for a while when I went back, I wanted to glasses made fir my son not o ly did iha e topY £85 deposit but the frames have gone up in price considerably u never imagined kids frames would cost £70.

Long story short . Had a injury to my left eye. Was sent to the hospital. After cuts to the lens all healed . Then all back to the opticians. Absolutely brilliant service from questions I had to ask to helping me with my glasses choice and from the greeting straight from the front desk . It feels great to be able to see properly . Thank you all .
