Bought a set of Denby tableware and some other beautiful plates. Shipping to Canada is quick, items arrived in safe and sound. One of the mugs are defective from manufacturer, and it was not the vendor's fault at all. Mel responded to my email quickly and did a partial refund, although they don't have to. In summary: Good collection, reasonable price, fast international shipping, fantastic customer service! Will definitely buy from them again.
