I would tend to agree that this is not a genuine company. Instead of the 2 trouser suits, that I ordered, I was sent 2 watches. Not impressed and such a shame some scrupulous person feels this is an acceptable way to treat someone. Very sad.

This really should be a minus rating Caveat Emptor These are scammers and cyber crooks They clone other businesses advert videos on Facebook/Meta and advertise’ too good to be true ‘ bargains to working people They take payment - often in US dollars- offer free shipping Confirmation and tracking emails arrive But the order is just a cheap, kitsch child’s toy or freebie junk They refuse to refund 100% offering bizarre solutions like disappointed customers should send item at their expense to China for a percentage of their payment returned. Disgusting experience affecting the reputation of many reputable brands Almost impossible to track a fast complaint route on Facebook

I have been scammed by this company, I ordered an electric hoist and receive a baseball cap. I have emailed them and awaiting a response. If I don't get one I intend to claim through my credit card. The police should be involved and the company shut down.
