I don't really have any issues with the service. I think the food was no where near worth the price paid, very much over priced compared to many better quality Chinese places around London. The food was oily and flavourless, I would never go back to China Palace, a real disappointment

Very authentic dim sum restaurant. Low ratings come from people who expect heavily spiced non-Guangdong Chinese food, cheap takeaway prices and haven't been to a dum sum restaurant. Dim sum arrives at different times. It is normal.

I like thus place, it's one of the genuine Chinese restaurants in East London. I think the food is fairly OK and the service is hit and miss, but in general I'm quite happy with it.
