I am so disappointed in this store never will I buy from them online again.Ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas never arrived. Contacted them and been told looking into this. Now stop answering my e mails. There customer service in so poor paid £70 for a shirt which haven't recieved had to get my son another present. So out of pocket feel so disappointed think they should really rethink how they deal with customers.

A club shop that doesn't have anything in stock in club colours - no team jerseys, no polo shirts, nothing. You would have thought in this day and age, that merchandise would be a big money earner for a club like Harlequins - clearly not. Don't waste your time.

My Husband(William) and his brother went to Twickenham on 28-05-2022, for the HSBC 7, they took the opportunity to visit (the wee Stoop). William's favourite club, bought a few items from the shop was served by store assistant with blonde hair, who was extremely helpful, store was stocked well except for the current home shirt, managed to complete my day by getting a few photographs of the stadium. Nice Store, for the size will be hectic on match days. Well worth the trip from Scotland.
