I could not recommend Ben more highly. He installed 2 log burners for us on recommendations from our BS9 Facebook group, where he is consistently highly rated. Ben is friendly, efficient, organised, knowledgeable and fully invested in ensuring customers get value for money and a good experience from using his business. He was flexible around what we needed ( flues were installed months before burners whilst we had scaffolding up), and worked with us on budget constraints and pacing how we planned the installations. He is one of life’s truly genuine characters, and has a great sense of humour. But be aware…. If you want to get hold of him during the busy period autumn/early winter period, he gets around 10 -20 enquiries a day on average. Because he packs so much into his day, and will stay to finish past day end, it can be a couple of days before he is able to get back to you, though my experience is that he has always got back to me within 24 hours.
