This is an exceptional class for both adults and children, the kids classes are fun and challenging. They enable the children to build up confidence and learn great life skills as well as martial arts. Sensei Mark is a fountain of knowledge and experience who passes this down to the children. Respect is a big part of martial arts and the kids show this towards the Sensei with big smiles on their faces. Anyone interested should sign up for the free session, guaranteed to come back for more!!

Have been attending the classes for a year now and they have helped build my self confidence and have given me skills to help protect myself. The lessons are challenging , engaging and interesting. Lots of fun meeting new people and learning together with people of varying levels of ability. Instructor is knowledgeable and friendly, the classes are relaxed and in a comfortable environment.
