Such a shame found them really helpful and knowledgeable, and would use again but on off hiring I didn’t read terms and conditions so advised one day before end of 3 week period they couldn’t pick up until 2 days later got charged a 4 week sum!!! My fault I suppose but a bit sad

Paid > £300 for 6 weeks' hire. The unit did not work. Based on the condition of the unit (it looked a decade old) and the fact that they did not call us back when we complained (apparently the fact that I did not know what was wrong with the unit meant that my two phone calls were treated "with a pinch of salt"), we reasoned that perhaps residential users are not a priority for them. We ended up getting them to collect the unit after less than a week, despite paying them for the 6 weeks. We did not want the hassle of them potentially giving us another dud unit, which we also would not use. Honestly, you could get a better unit for less than the cost of our rental.

We used them once and the owner is a complete a**hole, they arrived and made me carry the heater down stairs 2 weeks after I had a c-section because they refuse to carry it. They came back a week later and ended up charging us for an extra week of rental!
