Decent quality product but let down by the final amount. Ordered 2.5kg and only 2kg turned up which was 20% less than I was expecting. I understand there's losses due to transportation etc but 20% is a significant drop. When I enquired if this was normal, I was told I could pay £5 extra for "enhanced delivery" but this would up the price to £37 for (maybe) 2.5kg of frozen CO2 which seems steep.

I needed a small box of dry ice to send some blood to Germany for testing in 24 hours and Chillistick didn't disappoint. I paid for the 12noon delivery service and it arrived several hours earlier than promised in a great box that I can reuse to send the blood in. No complications and a fast service. Many thanks. Above and beyond! I have used Chillisticks to move very precious cargo (donor breast milk) across the country. It is really important that it stays frozen for the multiple days in transit. The team over at Chillisticks advised me on ordering the correct quantity of dry ice (with no attempt to upswell, just to match my needs). I have ordered ice multiple times now and the customer service I have received is outstanding (shout out to Nicky & George!) The ice always kept the milk frozen (even after DHL delayed delivery over a bank holiday weekend!!!) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will continue to use them going forward.

We decided to make a volcano cake for our son's birthday and were looking for dry ice... Wow, I cannot praise Chillistick enough!! They were professional, knowledgeable, knew exactly what I'd need and we're promt with delivery! We ended up ordering the children's party pack, meaning on top of the dry ice, we got lots of extra bits and an entire leaflet with experiment ideas. Everything was delivered the day before our son's birthday, as requested, with extra ice to make sure it lastet. We're now on day 3 after delivery and have only just used it all up - and we've all had the best of times with it. Needless to say, our children were absolutely thrilled and we will buy again!!
