I ordered a tandoori mix starter which in all honesty tasted like rubber meat as if it had been microwaved. It was supposed to come with mint sauce and it didn’t. I also ordered a chicken korma which was very runny in sauce. I’d been looking forward to this takeaway for me and my daughter for weeks and I’m very disappointed in all honest.

First time order on a Sunday evening. Lovely stuff. Chicken tikka saghwalla and lamb biryani both great. Tasted like the cooking method was low and slow. Smooth and balanced flavours with everything simmered down into unctuous goodness; not high heat fireworks banging garlic and ginger... depends what you like and all down to personal preference, suited us perfectly though.

I've supported Chillies since it originally opened. Under new management. The majority of the food is now in the bin. Bland and characterless. After that, I have to find a new takeaway.

I ordered from here for the first time last night and I have to say I was very disappointed. Waited nearly an hour and wasn't worth the wait at all. The chicken kurma was flavourless. The mixed kebab sauce tasted like raw blood. And smelt like it too. (not saying it was blood just smelt and taste like it) had to throw the starter away and the nann as it just tasted like plain bland bread. I only ate half the curry after throwing that away also. Was below average. Wouldn't recommend and I won't be ordering from here again. Deliver guy was lovely though.

First time ever coming here. Ordered for me and my husband at 8pm last night we eventually got our curry delivered at 9:40 yes that’s right 1.5 hours!!! The delivery on their website said 25-45 mins (yes we ordered direct not via any other platform) after 1 hour of waiting I called the restaurant to say i ordered an hour ago and if they could give me an update, I wasn’t offered or greeted with an apology, just got told its on its way! We live 1.5 miles away 40 minutes later our food arrived it was so late we both left half of it because we were going to bed soon. The naan was doughy the curry was average at best! Wouldn’t have minded if it was worth the wait but it really wasn’t!! Defo would not order from here again!!! After this review the restaurant went the extra mile to rectify the situation and they really pulled it back! Please see other review from my husband above
