I've been in Birmingham all day and decided to try Chilli Flames before heading back up North with my colleague. The Flame Fillet Burger with jalapeños and chilli bites was done to perfection but let down by too much sauce that somewhat drained the flavour out. Customer service was excellent, and the seating area was nice and clean. Will definitely go again, but tell staff to go easy on the sauces!

If you’re in Birmingham and never visited this place, then you’re missing something absolutely delicious. We have been there couple of times and we were overwhelmed by the food, taste, service and price. A must visit restaurant at Birmingham.

Very disappointing food after more than half an hour waiting , stale chips ,chewy hard chicken and beef burger patty was burnt ,it was overdone. Loaded fries taste too sour . Bought food for 8/10 people and all were disappointing . Vegetarian options: Bad taste food ,sorry
