Don't ever get involved with this shower of con merchants! I purchased a voucher for a tour of the vineyard in January this year, and the recipient of the gift voucher is unable to redeem against Chilworth because they have now cancelled all tours! BUT - I can't get my money back! £80 gifted to the owners more like. No answer to phone calls. No answer to emails. They're ghosting me! Only after this problem do I investigate and learn that they were acting like this in December 2022 with other customers. I have not cancelled with them, but it is them who have cancelled with me, yet I am still unable to get a response. Flood issues on the website, apparently. Morally bankrupt approach to customer interests more like. I see that they are trying to sell this vineyard as a going concern too. Going nowhere more like.

Went for a wine tasting, vineyard tour and afternoon tea. Tour guide was extrememly knowledgeable and explained things for all levels to understand, lovely white wines and while not a sparkling wine drinker appreciated the quality of that, my only disappointment was they were low on reds and we couldn't sample them as they were my main interest. Excellent afternoon tea to round off, may go for the morning tour and lunch next time. Extremely clean facilities. Earl grey tea option would have been nice for my wife.

Went for a wine tasting tour. It was a nice place. 20min outside Cambridge. The walk to the vineyard was okay for all ages, slight stoney track. The fella who tours you is very good. Would of liked to see more machinery and how it work as we just stood in the barn chatting. The wine tasting part was medicare compared to other tours in the UK. Other places I have been told you sample food with each wine where here it's just a small tasting with a salad at the end. But a lovely setting.

We visited on sunny day. Wonderful sitting outside for coffee followed by informative visit to vineyard then tasting the wines and having light lunch of salad followed by ice cream and some more wine. We tasted 5 types of wine, the whites were all good. English reds will improve as climate heats up. We then walked back to the 3 Hills pub. Very pleasant
