USELESS. ALWAYS HAVE BEEN.ALWAYS WILL BE…. if you are fighting for your children/child you are better off fighting alone don’t waste your time don’t get your hopes up. They are to protect children do not do that. And never intended on doing it. They are there when no one needs them. trying to put down good families But when you need these trained people the most. they act like circus clowns. Worst business or organisation around

Extremely negative attitude from staff, Was simply phoning for help and got nothing but attitude for no reason down the phone. Use advantage of the fact you can do nothing but keep trying; disgusting way to act for a service that is about "helping families". SHOCKING
