    DO NOT BOOK THIS PARTY! THEY SEND ME A MAN AS A MICKEY INSTED OF PRINCESS FOR MY GIRL PARTY. KIDS WHERE SO DISAPOINTED. CALLED THEM MANY TIMES AND SEND THEM SEVERAL MESSAGES. NO REPLAY. NO SORRY.     Do not use...Made a booking 3 months prior to the day and had to change the arrival time about a month before. They confirmed that this was fine and there would be no problems. The Santa and Elf turned up 4 hours earlier than agreed before party attendees had even turned up and demanded payment. Children ended up coming later and did not get to meet Santa and the elves which defeated the whole purpose of hiring them in the first place. Trying to contact the booking administrator and his phone was out of service. He then tried to deny it saying he never agreed to a change of time and when I confronted him with the email detailing the express agreement, he then said he had only just started and his predecessor did not do a proper handover. I informed him that I was not responsible for their inefficiency. Look for a different company.

    Absolutely bad experience..... This company cancelled my son's party entertainment @ 7:05pm the night before the party and told to cancel the party but if I must have it I should have it without entertainment. No reasonable excuse was given. I was left in a chaotic situation from that night on ward. I mean who does that to a child's party for a booking done over a month before. They do not deserve a single star in my opinion.
