Senior Dr was amazing , the odd reception staff was quite rude and abruct. Hospitality was shocking no drinks or food offered in 7 hours been there had to try find someone to ask this was with a baby aswell who had no food other than toast offered. Wasn't made aware they actually provide milk only 70ml bottles though. It was clean. Hardly anyone introduced them selves so didn't know names. Although mostly friendly staff some didn't seem to know what they were doing and were quite dithery. Came across unorganised.
