I cannot recommend Philly enough. I was co-sleeping and nursing my son to sleep, he was waking up constantly throughout the night and taking very short naps in the day and I just felt truly exhausted. Philly was amazing at listening, always making sure we agreed a plan that I was comfortable with and left me feeling confident to put it into action. After a tough first night she picked me back up again and gave me the motivation and confidence to keep going and I’m so thankful for that because now my son sleeps through the night in his cot in his own room, is on a really good nap schedule during the day (no more contact naps!) and his feeding is so much better. It’s completely changed our lives and we definitely have a happier baby now he’s getting all the sleep he needs. We had an amazing experience with Philly. The plan and support she provided transformed our baby's sleep within a matter of days. Our 4 month old was waking up multiple times a night with short naps in the day - she now sleeps through and with longer, predictable daytime naps. Philly was very responsive and her provided really constructive advice where we had questions or things didn't go to plan first time round, so we felt very supported throughout the process.

100% recommend! We reached out to Phillipa when our son hit the 4 month sleep regression. We were at a loss as to how to help him get through it and the situation was getting quite dire. Waking sometimes every 45 minutes at night and our day naps were a huge challenge. Everything we read told us to do something different and it was overwhelming! We saw results a matter of days into the 2 week programme - it's not an understatement to say it's been life changing. Phillipa was amazing - patient and gentle throughout. She explained clearly what we needed to do and (very importantly), explained why it was the right thing to do. Understanding the science behind the regression was really reassuring. Philly has really helped us with our son’s sleep. She gave us some great guidance whilst he was a newborn, which improved his naps and ability to fall asleep without being fed to sleep, and has since worked with us at 5 months old to get him to a point where he’s no longer having night feeds, usually sleeping through the night, and having good daytime naps. It didn’t take long at all to see significant improvements. Philly was knowledgeable, understanding and so easy to work with. She would even work out from my sleep log updates when the baby would be napping each morning, and call me at that time. We’re so grateful to Philly for all her help, and highly recommend her!

Philly has, without doubt, changed the way we parent for the better. Our little girl hit the four month regression hard, she was struggling to fall asleep without the dummy and if it did fall out, she woke. We struggled to get any longer than 30 minutes of sleep at any time and I was becoming more and more impatient during the day. Philly has changed all of that. In two weeks, Philly gave us the confidence to help our little one settle, supported us with our bedtime and naptime routines and dropping night time feeds. Our little one now sleeps 12 hours at night, will sleep in her own cot during the day (both of which were unheard of before her support) and is so much happier during the day- she even wakes up smiling and chatting to herself! Philly has completely transformed our life! We were having to rock feed and shush Leo for hours on end to get him to sleep. He would wake up every 30 mins overnight and would only nap for 30 mins!
