The company dealing with customer is great they transfer my stuff from 100 miles to close to my home. It’s the seller who will completely lie to you bought fridge travel 200 miles paid for fuel and van hire and next day paid £90 for removal . Don’t by any unless you check it

Absolutely disgraceful .. purchased a freezer .. when it arrived several parts were missing and or damaged. Ofcourse the site are completely blameless as it says in their terms and conditions. Please if you have any sense at all pay a bit more for new with warranty and let’s get rid of these auction sites that prey on failing businesses and offer no customer satisfaction.
