Mike was friendly and professional from the word go. We explained what we would like and he pointed out the cheaper way to do it that would still do everything we wanted. His time keeping and work is in my opinion second to none he arrives on time and just gets on with it no mess no fuss ...just good workmanship . He is probably the tidiest workman I've ever had in my house with little to no mess despite walls being drilled etc very little hoovering was required afterwards. He is organised and methodical and inspires confidence. I was pleased with Mike's service from initial inquiry (he called back and not all firms I contacted did), through to installation. I had a single unit installed in the attic with room to expand to another room in the future. Mike considered my requirements and advised on the most suitable options available, he thanked me for my inquiry and then provided a quote. We agreed and Mike was able to proceed quickly, working to install around some family commitments. Quality of install is good, and it was hard going at times, weather and some very solid bricks!
