Placed an order, to be called up and be told it would be 15 minutes later than planned because they have ran out of stock. 2hours later we received the order, cold, missing items and rang up and offered us 50% off. I can't even eat my burger as the chicken that wasn't really advertised as my burger is still raw in the middle and I can't eat it! If you couldnt have provided anything on the order then you should have rang and told us to cancel and gave a full refund!
