Terrible place. I ordered a tomato garlic bread for my dairy allergic 5yo son. They delivered it with cheese. We ordered it at 10.30am on pre-order as a treat as he'd been a really good boy. It arrived at 3.45pm, later than expected. My son was a really good boy waiting. He'd even said he was hungry 30 mins before it arrived and I told him he couldn't have a snack as his dinner would be arriving soon. They delivered it with cheese on! When I rang to query they lied three times. Once that I ordered it with cheese, once that they didn't have my address and another time to say I had ordered it with cheese. I have a picture of my order and there is no mention of cheese. They said they would refund, but that doesn't give my son the pizza he was promised, and ordering another will take another hour. Just disgraceful. My son is autistic and is now screaming. And hungry.
