Food is great and tasty, staff are friendly and lovely but don't order delivery or even take away!! I think they should manage the customers expectations much better and they don't. I have ordered via uber eat and also direct take away both really bad experience. I was initially told delivery is 45 min to 1 hr then started to go up and it was 2 hrs and 10 min by the time i received the food. The same with take away i was told to be there 45 minutes from the time placing the order as i got there i waited another 20 min. I think it is fair if they cant handle the pressure of orders they should stop taking orders for take out and just serve the customers in the restaurant. As i mentioned i love the food but they let you down if you are not eating in and this has happened 3 times to me, slightly better experience take away at Coombes branch. The restaurant is letting down their great food by not managing expectations well. Just frustrating.

This place makes the best fried chicken! Really friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, makes for a good night out. Good value too. Having visited both this branch and the New Malden High Street one, Burlington Street seems more lively. I would definitely visit again
