It’s been over three months since I had my last appointment with Anthony and I honestly can’t remember how my back was hurting before having Scenar therapy, it’s unbelievable! I was referred by a colleague who had scenar therapy with Anthony for his shoulder pain. I was slightly sceptical at first but after booking my first appointment and having a chat with Anthony about what it does and how it works I was immediately interested. My back was injured after a sports accident and I had little movement, shooting pains and difficulty breathing at certain times because of the pain. A week after my 4th appointment and with a bit of stretching/yoga every morning it felt as if I could move freely again, no pain whatsoever. I’ve also been able to progress further in my sports thanks to this. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone suffering from any kind of injury, he is genuinely a caring and very interesting man with plenty of stories to tell whilst going through the therapy and immediately makes you feel relaxed. Will definitely be going back to see him if ever I injure myself again.
